The Turnbuckle - Deck Bolt Kit is ideal for mounting roto-molded coolers on the bows of small skiffs with access to the underside of the forward deck.

The Threaded Deck Bolts are the ultimate low-profile anchor, leaving virtually no obstruction when not in use — nothing to snag fly lines or stub toes.

At the same time, the turnbuckle attachments allow zero cooler movement, even in punishing chop, and provide added security when standing on the cooler.

PLEASE NOTE that an adapter is required to attach the top hook of the turnbuckle to a roto-molded cooler. Our Turnbuckle Adapter fits most applications and can be mounted to coolers with #14 x 3/8" self-tapping screws and a quality marine sealant such as 3M 4200.

The kit consists of 2 Threaded Deck Bolts, 2 Eye-Bolts, and 2 Turnbuckles. All components are 316 stainless steel.

The Turnbuckles utilize a quick release Pelican Hook design that allows the user to quickly engage and disengage the turnbuckle without tools, eliminating the need for readjustment.

Turnbuckle adjusts from 8" to 12" in length.
