A strong, economical, and low-profile system for securing casting platforms on poling skiffs and flats boats, the Casting Platform Kit consists of 1 Threaded Deck Plate, 1 Eye-Bolt, and 1 Turnbuckle (either standard length or extended).

The Turnbuckle utilizes a quick release Pelican Hook design that allows the user to quickly engage and disengage the turnbuckle without tools, eliminating the need for readjustment.

The Threaded Deck Plate does not require access to the underside of the mounting surface and is secured with #10 flathead self-tapping screws (included). Some cored decks may require reinforcement of the mounting area with epoxy for sufficient holding power.

Standard Turnbuckle adjusts from 8" to 12".

Extended Turnbuckle adjusts from 14-1/4" to 18" and also includes Standard length hook.

Deck plate mounting holes are 1-1/4” apart on center.

Attachment to the underside of most platforms is easily accomplished with our 316 stainless Spring Clip. Other applications may require an adapter, small stainless shackle, or Threaded Deck Plate and second Eye-Bolt.

All components are 316 stainless steel and guaranteed for life.
